Terms of Use:
A24, in consideration of the agreed fee, grants the Non Exclusive Right and License to use and exploit the footage orders for a duration of one year to include an unlimited number of transmissions on the above channel whether by terrestrial, cable or satellite means (but excluding any time-shifted version or simulcast of such channel by any means, including without limitation by television, internet or mobile).
For the avoidance of doubt distribution of the Story by any other means including by the internet or any mobile platform requires additional clearances.
Re-sale of any of the content given by the Licensor is strictly prohibited unless permission is given in writing.
For any content labeled “Free To Air”, the Broadcaster hereby agrees that the content will definitely be broadcast on their channel, and a detailed report of when the content was broadcast along with any audience and viewing figures will be made available to the Licensor on request.
