All is not lost because i still believe that their are enough young people in this country like me who aspire that kenya becomes a state with equal opportunities for everyone devoid of corruption and the many ills that afflict our country today. Having come to Nairobi at the tender age of four and lived in the eastlands suburb of kayole since 1989 upto today i have seen many of my pals join groups that are illegal due to general apathy, disillusionment,lack of jobs and police brutality and many diverse reasons the social and economic fabric having collapsed during moi's reign and kibaki's first term.
